Squiggle Kids website terms and conditions

These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to your use of this Website (Website), being the web pages located at squigglekids.com.au and all components of and content on those pages. If you access or use the Website, you are taken to accept these Terms.

We may change these Terms at any time without notice. Any changes will apply from the time they are included on the Website and will bind you if you use this Website after this time.

This Website is owned and operated by Little Village Books Pty Ltd (ACN 624 424 031) trading as Squiggle Kids (ABN 41 624 424 031) (Squiggle Kids). References to “we” or “us” are to Squiggle Kids and references to “you” mean you, the Website user.

1. Other website terms: When you access or use the Website you may access or use other websites with content and functionality that we are not responsible for and that are subject to different terms of use. The terms of these other websites apply when you access or use them and not these Terms.
2. Prices: All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Our online prices may change without notice and may vary from the prices for the same product(s) sold elsewhere. Please contact us by email to squigglekidsau@gmail.com if you would like to purchase a product in another currency.
3. Products: The actual colours of our products you see online will depend on the resolution, display settings and capabilities of the screen you view them on.
4. Product availability (physical product(s)): Once we have received your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This is not a guarantee of availability for a physical product. Supply issues or unexpected demand may occasionally result in physical product stock being temporarily unavailable.
5. Payment: We accept payment via the Square AU Pty Ltd (ABN 38 167 106 176) system and the Paypal Australia Pty Limited (ABN 93 111 195 389) system.
6. Time for shipping (physical product(s)): Provided the physical product(s) are available, we will aim to ship them between 2 and 4 business days after payment has been received by us. We will aim to ship orders of physical products out of stock between 2 and 4 business days after the product(s) are available.
7. Time for sending (downloadable products(s)): Your downloadable products will be delivered to your email address once payment has been received by us.
8. Delivery address: Please specify an accurate:
   • Email address for downloadable products as there may be delays where an incorrect email address has been nominated
   • Delivery address for your physical product(s) order as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. Where the shipping address differs from the billing address, please ensure permission is obtained from the occupant of the specified delivery address.
9. Shipping (within Australia): We offer shipping within Australia via the Australia Post regular parcel service. Australia Post’s regular parcel service delivers in an estimated 2+ business days. However, delivery times vary depending on lodgement and destination points. If a delay is experienced with an Australia Post delivery, please check with your local Australia Post office and if your order hasn’t arrived after three weeks, please contact us by email to squigglekidsau@gmail.com.
10. Shipping (outside Australia): Please contact us by email to squigglekidsau@gmail.com if you would like to purchase a physical product and have it sent to an address outside of Australia.
11. Faulty or damaged products: All physical products are packaged with care and checked before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us by email to squigglekidsau@gmail.com.
12. Promotional discounts: We may offer promotional discounts on certain purchases made through our Website. The conditions of any promotional discounts will be specified. Where a refund is issued on an order containing a promotional discount, the refund will match the amount paid for the item subject to the discount.
13. Copyright in Website material: The Website is subject to copyright. The copyright is owned by Little Village Books Pty Ltd unless another copyright owner is specified. You may view this Website using your web browser and electronically copy and print hard copies of parts of this Website solely for personal, household and non-commercial/non-organisational use. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, publication, republication or display of the content of this Website is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Little Village Books Pty Ltd.
14. FREE Drawing Activities – scope of permitted use: The Website includes some PDF pages with activities to download, print and complete for free. You may download, print and complete these pages in a personal, household setting and in a commercial/organisational setting. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, publication, republication or display of these pages is strictly prohibited unless authorised in writing by Little Village Books Pty Ltd.
15. Drawing Activity Books – scope of permitted use: If you purchase one or more Drawing Activity Books from:
    • The Drawing Activity Books part of the Squiggle Kids shop, you may use the book(s) for personal, household and non-commercial/non-organisational use only. This applies for each delivery option – download or shipped;
    • The Resources for Professionals part of the Squiggle Kids shop, you may download, print and complete these pages in a kindergarten or other organisation (for example, you and your colleagues can use it multiple times in the classroom or therapy room and you can send it home in printed or in electronic form to kindergarten or organisation affiliated families). If you ask us to print these books for you and ship or deliver them to you, the same scope of permitted use applies.
    • Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, publication, republication or display of these books is strictly prohibited unless authorised in writing by Little Village Books Pty Ltd.
16. Other Resources for Professionals – scope of permitted use:
    • If you purchase one or more other resources from the Resources for Professionals part of the Squiggle Kids shop, you may download and print these other resources in a kindergarten or other organisation (for example, you and your colleagues can print and display the resources multiple times in the classroom or therapy room and you can send them home in printed or in electronic form to kindergarten or organisation affiliated families). If you ask us to print these resources for you and ship or deliver them to you, the same scope of permitted use applies.
    • Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, publication, republication or display of these resources is strictly prohibited unless authorised in writing by Little Village Books Pty Ltd.
17. Intellectual Property: All designs on this Website are protected by copyright. All trade marks, trade names, service marks and other product and service names and logos (Marks) displayed on the Website are proprietary to their owners and are protected by applicable laws. Nothing in this Website should be taken to give you any right in or license to use any Mark of Little Village Books Pty Ltd, including baby + me®, the me mo symbol®, Squiggle Kids® or a third party. If you use any of Little Village Books Pty Ltd’s Marks to refer to our activities or products, you must include a statement attributing that Mark to us. You must not use any of our Marks: (a) in or as the whole or part of your own Marks; (b) in connection with activities, goods or services which are not ours; (c) in a manner which may be confusing, misleading or deceptive; or (d) in a manner that disparages us or our information, goods or services (including this Website).

Commercial Electronic Messages: If you show interest in Squiggle Kids products through your use of this Website (including by subscribing to our mailing list), you consent to us sending commercial electronic messages (including messages about Squiggle Kids products) to the electronic addresses that you have provided to us.
