
Shipping and Returns
May the learning and development fun begin…almost!
If you purchased shipped products from our shop, we’ll work really hard to put them in the post to you between 2 and 4 business days after we receive payment from you. It might take a bit longer if the items are not in stock. We’ll be in touch about any significant supply hiccups. Once we have stock, we will work really hard to get them in the post between 2 and 4 business days after they become available.
When you buy shipped products from our shop, please provide an accurate delivery address because we cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. Where the shipping address you provide differs from the billing address, please make sure you have permission for delivery to the specified delivery address.
Within Australia we use the Australia Post regular parcel service. Australia Post’s regular parcel service delivers in an estimated 2+ business days. However, delivery times vary depending on lodgement and destination points. If a delay is experienced with an Australia Post delivery, please check with your local Australia Post office and if your order hasn’t arrived after three weeks, please contact us by email to squigglekidsau@gmail.com.
We pack all Squiggle Kids products with care and check them before sending. However, in the unlikely event you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us by email to squigglekidsau@gmail.com.
